Tom Duncan
Head of Clients and Capital
Tom Duncan is Head of Clients and Capital at Sentinel Property Group. He has extensive experience in real estate investment management, capital partnerships, and investment strategy, with expertise in research, product development, and portfolio strategy across Australian and international property markets.
At Sentinel, Tom leads capital‑raising and sales activities while overseeing all investor communications. He manages the Investor Relations team serving existing investors and he approves all external comms. He advises on new Trusts which align with market opportunities are investor performance requirements. He assists in bringing new wholesale, family office and institutional investors to the Sentinel platform. He is a real estate thought-leader regularly speaking at industry events such as MSCI, ULI, PFA and Sentinel’s own seminars and he writes opinion pieces for a variety of publications.
Tom has held senior roles in global and regional investment groups, including Stoneweg, Cromwell Property Group, Swiss Life Asset Managers and JLL.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from Nottingham Trent University with 2:1 Honours, a Master’s degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of Sheffield with High Pass, and a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney with Distinction.
