Ed is Head of Projects at Sentinel Property Group, bringing over 20 years of experience across asset, facilities, and project management. He brings deep expertise across public and private property and infrastructure sectors in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
As Head of Projects, Ed provides executive leadership of Sentinel’s projects function, with accountability for the governance, performance, and delivery of the capital expenditure pipeline across retail, commercial, and industrial assets. He leads the strategic planning and delivery of capital and R&M projects, including complex asset upgrades, and manages the interface between landlord and tenant works through close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. His focus is on disciplined capital deployment, building a high-performing projects team, and ensuring assets are compliant, well maintained, and positioned to support long-term value creation for investors.
Throughout his career, Ed is an experienced leader with a strong track record in senior management across the public and private sector. His experience enables him to align project delivery with broader business objectives while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and cost control. Ed’s practical, solutions-focused leadership style supports the successful planning and delivery of projects that enhance asset value and operational performance across diverse property environments, while understanding client needs to deliver strategies that optimise operations and mitigate risk.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
