Director of Operations
Ben is the Director of Operations and is responsible for making sure that all departments work cohesively in keeping the operations of the business on schedule.
As a highly motivated and results-oriented individual, Ben works closely with our teams and oversees each department and their managers. He empowers the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives in a timely manner.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Ben is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success. He has held senior-level positions in property and investment banking, private funds management, and operations and strategy for a private high-net worth family office. Ben is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to achieve operational excellence. He is also a highly effective leader and communicator.
Ben’s accomplishments include:
- Establishing new financial markets for past businesses that provided financial security;
- Overseeing the successful completion of $1 billion in property and investment banking transactions; and
- Developing and implementing a new operations strategy that resulted in broad-based increased efficiencies
Ben hold’s a Bachelor of Economics and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
