Daniel is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, overseeing the strategic management and development of real estate assets.

Daniel O’Driscoll is Chief Operations Officer for Sentinel Property Group. As the business continues to grow, it has become necessary to split executive roles to ensure focused leadership and operational excellence.

Daniel is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, overseeing the strategic management and development of real estate assets. He has worked extensively leading teams of investment management professionals across a $3.0 billion portfolio of mixed-use assets and land holdings across Australia. Throughout his career, he has developed strong financial, analytical, and communication skills, as well as expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.

He began his property career at Sentinel in 2011 under the mentorship of CEO Warren Ebert while completing a degree in Property Economics (Honors) from the Queensland University of Technology. Daniel returned more than a decade later after excelling in a variety of roles at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), where he was the inaugural recipient of the Real Estate scholarship in his final year of studies (2012).

Starting as an Investment Analyst and rising to Development Director across the Core Retail & Office Funds at QIC, Daniel coordinated the establishment and implementation of Strategic Asset Plans for Regional, Super Regional, and CBD-based assets, created Masterplans, and led the delivery of their respective development pipelines. His approach to real estate and unique leadership style propelled him to senior roles within the business.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
