Chief Executive Officer – Ebert Investment Group (EIG)
Scott Tynan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ebert Investment Group (EIG), with more than 20 years of experience in property, finance, and investment across senior leadership roles.
Since September 2025, Scott Tynan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ebert Investment Group (EIG), a substantial and rapidly expanding business with significant investments across multiple sectors. EIG already represents a business of considerable scale, greater in value than many companies listed on the ASX.
Scott initially joined Sentinel Property Group in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer, and in January 2024 he moved into the Chief Operating Officer position. During his time at Sentinel, Scott focused on the CEO’s daily directives and company requirements, directly supporting the CEO to drive outcomes for the company as the leader and manager of Sentinel’s Heads of Departments. When operational directives needed to be accomplished, Scott ensured they were executed efficiently and on time. He was responsible for ensuring all departments were driven, performing, resourced, and working together to keep business operations on schedule for the benefit of investors and shareholders.
Scott has broad experience across a diverse range of industries including fund management, asset management, financial services, residential and civil construction, property development, hotel management, and marina operations. During his career, Scott has held senior finance roles with the Australian operations of Japanese multinationals Daikyo and ORIX Corporation.
Scott also held the dual position of Group Financial Controller and FP&A Manager with UK venture capital group Mayfair Ltd in Australia, where he played a pivotal role in expanding acquisitions into successful national operations and enhancing business performance to support significant asset sales.
Scott is CPA qualified and holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a double major in Accounting and Marketing.
