Sentinel identified the growing demand for workshop space in Mackay, and subsequently undertaken a major industrial build on the 6,449sqm site of 40 Gateway Drive. Development Application was submitted and approved for a 2,000sqm workshop with office, and finance approval having also been obtained. A tenant was secured just after finance approval but before construction commenced.
