About Sentinel DFO Cairns Trust

DFO Cairns is the only outlet centre north of Brisbane. Located within the Cairns suburb of Westcourt, the centre is 2.6km south west of the Cairns CBD and approximately 4km south east of the Cairns Airport.

Anchored by Coles supermarket, the centre comprises national and international tenants such as Hungry Jacks, TK Maxx, Cotton On, World Gym, Polo Ralph Lauren, Rivers, BWS, Bed Bath and Table, Royal Doulton, Oroton, Bonds and The Coffee Club. Major tenants are supported by 57 specialties and 5 ATM’s, with Moving Annual Turnover (MAT) for the centre up approximately 4% from December 2014 to December 2015.

In 2008, approximately $30 million was spent transforming the property from a sub-regional centre to a destination outlet centre. A further $6.4 million was spent in 2013 on tenancy reconfigurations to accommodate Trade Secret, Laserfun, Rivers and Cotton On. The centre has a total lettable area of approximately 25,017sq m and is situated on an 8.15ha site.
