The Property is located at 512 Milton Street, Paget (Mackay), Queensland 4740.

It is improved with a modern cold storage logistics facility, with a total GLA of 1,056 sqm on a 5,816 sqm site. The facility also includes a driver’s quarters (10 rooms), wash bay and weigh bridge. The cold storage facility can operate at as low as -25 degrees Celsius. The building has a clearance of approximately 7 meters with access to the facility via four raised docs (with dock levellers) to the front of the building as well as an at grade ramp down the side. The facility is fully secure with automatic security gates.

The Property is situated in the regional city of Mackay which is approximately 960 kilometres north of Brisbane. Mackay is the industrial and commercial centre of the Mackay-Isaac-Whitsundays region with an economy underpinned by mining and agriculture. Mackay, in particular, is known as the largest sugar producing area in Australia and is Queensland’s largest exporter of coal.
