- What is the Investor Portal?
The Investor Portal is a secure, online platform that provides you with easy access to your investment details, fund performance updates, distribution information, and other key documents. It is designed to enhance your investor experience through seamless communication, transparency, and self-service capabilities.
- How do I access the Investor Portal?
You will receive an email from our Investor Relations team containing your login credentials (username and temporary password). Simply follow the instructions in the email to log in for the first time and create your permanent password.
- I didn’t receive my login details. What should I do?
If you have not received your login credentials, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact our Investor Relations team at investorrelations@sentinelpg.com.au or call us at 07 3733 1660 for assistance.
- How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” blue link on the login page. You will receive instructions via email to reset your password.
- What features are available within the Investor Portal?
The portal includes several key features to enhance your experience:
- Investment Overview: View your current portfolio, including holdings, unit balances, and valuation updates.
- Distribution Information: Check historical and upcoming distributions for your investments.
- Fund Updates: Access newsletters, performance reports, and updates related to your specific funds.
- Transaction History: Review your past transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and reinvestments.
- Can I update my personal information on the portal?
Yes, you can update your contact details, bank account information, and other personal preferences directly through the portal. Navigate to the “Profile” section to make changes.
- How often is my investment information updated?
Investment information, including fund performance and distribution details, is updated regularly. Most updates are made on a annual basis, with additional updates as needed when significant events occur.
- Can I access the Investor Portal from my mobile device?
Yes, the Investor Portal is fully optimised for mobile devices, allowing you to access your investment details on the go.
- How do I add the Investor Portal to my home screen on my mobile phone?
For iPhone, from your Safari browser on the Investor Portal login page, click the share icon then select ‘Add to Home Screen’. For Android, from your Chrome browser on the Investor Portal login page, click the three vertical dots button at the top right corner of the screen and select Add to Home Screen.
- What security measures are in place to protect my data?
The Investor Portal uses state-of-the-art encryption technology and secure login protocols to ensure that your personal and financial information is protected. For added security, we recommend changing your password regularly and enabling two-factor authentication (if available).
- How can I get help if I encounter issues with the portal?
If you experience any difficulties while using the Investor Portal, our Investor Relations team is available to assist. Please contact us at 07 3733 1660 or via the portal’s support feature.
- Can I submit an investment application or expression of interest through the portal?
Yes, the portal allows you to submit applications for new investments or expressions of interest in upcoming opportunities directly within the platform. Notifications about open opportunities will also be sent through the portal.
- Where do I find fund updates in the portal?
Click on the “Portfolio” tab and you will see your portfolio holdings on the left side and fund updates on the right side, which can be downloaded as a PDF document.
- How do I enable/disable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
You can enable 2FA via the Edit Profile screen (you will need to be logged in to access this). You can disable 2FA from the same location.
