STEPS Group Australia climbs to Top End

Not-for-profit training and employment organisation STEPS Group Australia is expanding in the Northern Territory after securing a 416 square metre office at the CasCom Centre business park in Darwin on a six-year lease.

STEPS signed up for the property at 13-17 Scaturchio Street, Casuarina on a gross annual rent of $430 a square metre with Sentinel Property Group.

The CasCom Centre is a 10,994sq m, six-building business park mainly leased to territory and federal government departments.
