Sentinel Property Group has sold a Coles-anchored centre in Wellington in central NSW for $3.6 million.

Sentinel purchased the Wellington shopping centre at 128-140 Percy Street in 2015 as part of three-centre acquisition from Charter Hall Retail REIT. Burgess Rawson’s Darren Beehag marketed the property.
