Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to deliver end-to-end recruitment across corporate, property, retail and operational roles. Working closely with Hiring Managers and the People & Culture team, this role provides trusted recruitment advice, strengthens employer branding, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience across the business.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment delivery while contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition systems, processes and workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across, investment, property, retail and operational roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, capability needs and workforce priorities
- Develop and refine position descriptions aligned with business requirements and internal frameworks
- Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, direct search, referrals and talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and selection outcomes
- Support offer management and pre-employment processes in collaboration with People & Culture
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within HRIS and applicant tracking systems, including Employment Hero
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Fair Work legislation, EEO principles and internal governance
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and providing market-informed recruitment advice
- Hands-on experience advertising roles and sourcing candidates via SEEK and LinkedIn
- Strong systems capability, with experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
