What would your day-to-day look like?
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll take charge of managing various commercial, industrial and large format retail properties within our portfolio. You’ll ensure optimal property performance, maintain strong tenant relationships, and oversee all aspects of property operations while meeting key performance indicators outlined in our Management Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property portfolios, including commercial, industrial, and significant format retail assets.
- Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly property reporting
- Monitor and review budgets and implement financial forecasting
- Actively manage rental arrears and debt recovery processes
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee facility management and maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety regulations
- Optimise property performance and tenant satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments
- Collaborate with leasing executives on tenant retention and acquisition
- Manage contractor relationships and service delivery
- Implement risk management systems and maintain essential services
Are you someone with?
- Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Experience with MRI Software (desired)
- Strong background in managing commercial and industrial properties (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms
