Sentinel Property Group is seeking a proactive and experienced People & Culture professional to support leaders across the full employee lifecycle, optimise HR systems and workflows, and contribute to strategic P&C initiatives that enable business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Support leaders across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development and advisory matters
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in alignment with workforce planning requirements
- Maintain and optimise P&C systems (Employment Hero and associated platforms) to support data accuracy, reporting and process efficiency.
- Prepare workforce reporting and P&C dashboards to support leadership and Board decision-making
- Coordinate learning and development activities, including compliance and leadership programs.
- Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal cultural activities
- Contribute to P&C projects relating to performance frameworks, policy development, EVP enhancement and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years’ experience in People & Culture / HR advisory or talent acquisition roles
- Experience in property, investment or professional services (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in HR, Business or Organisational Psychology (highly desirable)
- Experience delivering efficient and compliant HR operations with a strong service mindset
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practice
- Strong systems capability (experience with Employment Hero is advantageous)
- Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to balance operational delivery with project support in a fast-paced workplace
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail
