The Role
Reporting to the Senior Leasing Executive, you will drive leasing outcomes across specialty retail assets by sourcing and securing tenants, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. You’ll work closely with Property Management and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound leasing strategies aligned to market conditions and portfolio objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail/commercial leasing
- Strong retailer networks and deal‑making capability
- Tertiary qualifications in property (or related field) and current leasing registration
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
What You’ll Do
- Identify, assess, and secure new tenants
- Negotiate leases, market reviews, and renewals
- Contribute to leasing strategies, budgets, and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate leasing documentation and compliance
- Build trusted relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, legislation, and asset performance
