Sentinel Property Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and large-format retail assets in Darwin. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants accountability, not just administration. You’ll be running your portfolio like it’s your own business.

What you’ll own
- End-to-end management of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and large-format retail properties
- Weekly and monthly property reporting to a high standard
- Budget monitoring, financial forecasting and variance management
- Arrears management and debt recovery
- Tenant, contractor and stakeholder relationships
- Facilities management and maintenance programs
- Compliance with statutory requirements and safety regulations
- Property inspections and risk assessments
- Tenant retention and acquisition, working alongside leasing executives
- Contractor performance and service delivery
- Risk management systems and essential services compliance
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in real estate or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
- Confidence with budgets and financial reporting
- MRI Software experience (highly regarded)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without hand-holding
