People & Culture Coordinator – Support the Growth of a Leading Property Investment Group

Join Sentinel Property Group as a People & Culture Coordinator and provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, dynamic property investment and management environment.

Sentinel Property Group is seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Coordinator to assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our People & Culture function. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and People & Culture systems (Employment Hero)
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring all employee data and timesheets are accurate
  • Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the Head of People & Culture
  • Assist with policy updates, compliance checks, and audit requirements as directed

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently studying)
  • Experience in People & Culture administration or a similar coordination role (preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Employment Hero (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine interest in building a career within People & Culture
