Sentinel Property Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to support recruitment administration, onboarding coordination, People & Culture systems administration, employee record management, and employee engagement support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the People & Culture function and is an excellent opportunity for an emerging People & Culture professional to build strong foundations in their HR career.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and People & Culture systems
- Provide administrative support to recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling
- Prepare onboarding documentation and support induction coordination
- Manage People & Culture documentation, templates, and filing
- Support internal People & Culture communications and reporting
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture activities
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of People & Culture
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (highly desirable, not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Professional and confidential working style
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative team player who works well with others
- A genuine interest in building a career in People & Culture
- Experience in an administrative or People & Culture support role (preferred but not essential)
