Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations of a leading property investment group

Join Sentinel Property Group as a People & Culture Administrator and provide essential administrative support across the People & Culture function within a fast-paced, professional property investment environment.

Sentinel Property Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to support recruitment administration, onboarding coordination, People & Culture systems administration, employee record management, and employee engagement support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the People & Culture function and is an excellent opportunity for an emerging People & Culture professional to build strong foundations in their HR career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and People & Culture systems
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and support induction coordination
  • Manage People & Culture documentation, templates, and filing
  • Support internal People & Culture communications and reporting
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of People & Culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (highly desirable, not essential)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional and confidential working style
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who works well with others
  • A genuine interest in building a career in People & Culture
  • Experience in an administrative or People & Culture support role (preferred but not essential)
