Caneland Central, part of Sentinel Property Group’s national retail portfolio, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day operational performance of the Centre.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the Centre is safe, well-presented, compliant, and operating efficiently for retailers, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Team in maintaining centre safety, compliance, and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of building, plant, and common areas
- Assist with contractor management, inductions, permits, and compliance documentation
- Raise purchase orders and service orders, process invoices, and track operational expenditure
- Maintain asset, risk, contractor, and incident registers
- Support tenancy delivery, fit-out coordination, and retailer operational requests
- Assist with audits, emergency response planning, and incident reporting
- Participate in duty manager shifts and emergency procedures as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills
- Experience in operations, facilities, property, or shopping centre environments (preferred)
- Sound financial acumen with experience in purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
- Confident communicator able to liaise with contractors, retailers, and stakeholders
- Calm, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
