About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sentinel Property Group. This full-time, permanent role will report to the CEO’s Executive Assistant and support the provision of seamless executive-level support.

The Junior PA will assist with the coordination of the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential correspondence, and preparing executive-level documents and presentations. You will also coordinate travel (both domestic and international), act as the first point of contact on behalf of the CEO, and handle personal tasks to support work-life balance. With exceptional organisational and time management skills, the Junior PA ensures the smooth functioning of the executive office, contributing to the CEO’s productivity and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for communication, including emails, calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations and documents.
  • Coordinate national and international travel arrangements.
  • Organise and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, Board members, clients and external partners.
  • Provide ad hoc support, including personal tasks, to help maintain a work-life balance.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive-level administrative role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not essential).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills and proactiveness are required to remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
