Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and highly personable Investor Relations Manager to lead investor engagement, communications and relationship management across our national investment platform.

Reporting to the Head of Clients & Capital, this high-visibility role is central to maintaining investor confidence, delivering a best-in-class investor experience, and supporting the continued growth of Sentinel Property Group and Ebert Investment Group.

You will act as a key relationship contact for wholesale, sophisticated and high-net-worth investors, working closely with senior leadership and capital partners in a fast-paced, growing investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Communication & Engagement

  • Manage the investor relations inbox and phone line, responding to investor and adviser enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate structured and ad-hoc investor communications, including quarterly reports, trust updates and financial statements
  • Process monthly distributions and manage withheld payments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Investor Events & Functions

  • Assist in the delivery of bi-annual investor functions and key investor meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials, manage invitations, coordinate venues and oversee event delivery

Database, Registry & Compliance

  • Manage unit holdings and transfers within the unit registry system
  • Maintain accurate investor records and engagement notes within the CRM platform
  • Oversee investor onboarding processes in line with AFSL, ASIC and AUSTRAC requirements

Marketing & Communications

  • Partner with the Marketing team to maintain and enhance investor website content and digital communications
  • Support the preparation of investor presentations and press releases aligned with strategic initiatives

Capital & Relationship Support

  • Support the Capital Partnerships team to develop relationships with advisers, family offices and institutional investors as required

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, real estate, business or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in investor relations, funds management, property or financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence, engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM and unit registry systems (highly regarded)
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presence with excellent relationship-building capability
