About The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across the centre. From greeting guests and assisting with enquiries, to coordinating mobility hire and supporting marketing activities, your day will be varied, engaging, and rewarding. You’ll also provide essential support to our Centre Management Office through administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide accurate and friendly customer service at the Centre’s service desk
  • Support Centre marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage bookings for mobility and community hire services
  • Assist with administration and reporting tasks to support Centre operations
  • Liaise with contractors, retailers, and internal teams as needed
  • Escalate and report customer issues and feedback to drive service improvements

What You Bring To The Team

 

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or administration
  • Confident communicator with a warm and approachable manner
  • Team player with high attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, public-facing environment
  • Interest or experience in shopping centre operations or marketing (desirable)
