Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? At Caneland Central, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll represent the face of Caneland Central, ensuring our shoppers and retailers receive timely and accurate support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a liaison between the Centre Management team, customers, and retailers.
• Providing accurate information and facilitating the sale or rental of ‘value-add’ services and mobility solutions.
• Supporting the promotion and marketing of the centre through various channels.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the shopping centre.
• Offering front-line support to operational suppliers and contractors.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative duties.
• A solid understanding of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of retail asset management (highly advantageous).
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication abilities, with a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.

Position Details

This is a casual position, with approximately 2-3 shifts per week. Flexibility and availability to work across different shifts are essential.
