About the Role

As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Sentinel’s corporate brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver consistent messaging across digital platforms, investor communications, and promotional campaigns. This role blends creativity, organisation, and commercial insight in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing corporate marketing campaigns and digital strategies
  • Contribute to website content, social media, newsletters, and investor communications
  • Help coordinate external suppliers and marketing resources
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and support reporting
  • Support event planning, PR activities, and content development
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing or communications role (property sector desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CMS, social media, analytics platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas
