Cindy is the Talent Acquisition, Human Resources (HR) Manager at Sentinel Property Group.
As Sentinel’s HR professional, she oversees the recruitment process, technology implementation, and administration and management of HR policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company requirements.
Cindy has over 9 years of experience in HR Functions, including pre-opening hotels, and all aspects of operations. Her excellent knowledge of and track record in client relations management, people management, leadership, and team building, enables her to build great teams and cultures, whilst adding value to the organisation with her financial acumen.
Her career history showcases her exceptional leadership skills, having effectively led teams of over 300+ staff in both small and large organisations. Cindy’s analytical and solution-focused approach to problem-solving has earned her recognition for successfully managing time-sensitive tasks and devising innovative solutions. Furthermore, she has demonstrated her ability to inspire and guide her colleagues by serving as a mentor to many who have gone on to excel in their own careers, eventually securing managerial roles themselves.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Charles Darwin University (CDU).
