Warren Ebert on 360 with Katie Woolf

Sentinel Property Group CEO, Warren Ebert, was interviewed by 360 with Katie Woolf on MIX104.9 Darwin radio, where he discussed strategic plans to resolve the current anti-social behaviour issues at ‘Casuarina Square’ Shopping Centre.
Mr Ebert stated increase in security, conditions of entry, trespass notices, closing off entrances after dark and replacing benches with seats as preventative and proactive approach’s to ensure shoppers and workers feel safe and comfortable.
“At Casuarina Square, we want to welcome all genuine shoppers, it is a family centre. Everyone man, woman and child in Darwin goes there 5.1 times a month. On Boxing Day, we had over 30% of the Darwin population in our centre. So it is important that people see it as a clean, safe and enjoyable place to come with their families”, said Mr Ebert.
