Sentinel Property Group has made its second acquisition in Western Australia with the purchase of the 6259 sq m Port Hedland Boulevard Shopping Centre for $17.6 million.

The neighbourhood shopping centre is underpinned by a long-term lease to anchor tenant Woolworths. It is the Brisbane-based company’s second property in WA, following on from its purchase of the Geraldton Homemaker Centre in the state’s mid-west for $27.3 million in September 2015. Sentinel’s Warren Ebert said: “We remain an active opportunistic buyer, particularly in regional locations not yet fully identified by others.”
