Sentinel gets busy

Sentinel Property Group has secured Sideways Surf as a new tenant at its recently acquired DFO Cairns retail complex in North Queensland.

Sideways surf has committed to 950sq m of retail space on an initial one-year lease with options, struck at a net annual rent of about $180 a square metre.
