The Home Quarter Dandenong complex has been bought by Brisbane-based Sentinel Property Group for $29.8 million.

The 55-67 Frankston-Dandenong Rd property is anchored by nine national tenants, including Super Retail Group, Fantastic Furniture, The Good Guys, Clark Rubber, Officeworks and Godfreys. There is also parking for 268 cars. The modern centre, built in 2012, features a total lettable area of 12,234sq m. Sentinel managing director Warren Ebert said the homemaker centre provided direct exposure to more than 54,000 cars every day.
