For Casuarina the Bell Tolls!
The Sentinel who guards our reception at Level 16, 260 Queen Street, has got a promotion. It is to recognise the excellent work that he has been doing with the procurement of our largest asset, ‘Casuarina Square’ Shopping Centre, Darwin, for a purchase price of $418 million, on 31st March 2022.
Warren Ebert has recognised his efforts and given him a golden Laurel Wreath and a red cape.
Tim Kent, our Director of Property, is ringing the deal bell to announce the settlement which took place at 3:45 pm today (Warren purchased the antique bell when he was in Lhasa, Tibet in 2016).
