Tim is a Senior HR professional with 9 years’ experience, and joined Sentinel to further develop our HR functions. With a recent promotion to Operations Manager Tim is now overseeing and further developing the corporate operations that support the business strategy of Sentinel.
Committed to developing a great culture, Tim is responsible for supporting the senior management team in developing and implementing better organisational strategies, policies and practices.
Tim has a strong background in generalist HR activities along with extensive recruitment and people management skills. Working with companies such as TechnologyOne and Dimension Data, Tim brings a broad knowledge of Australian employment law, employee standards as well as an extensive commercial business approach which comes from running his own WH&S business for several years.
