The Countrywide Retail Trust is an unlisted property trust that has been created to acquire direct property ownership of a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres predominantly located in regional localities throughout Australia.

Riverdale Shopping Centre, Dubbo is a neighbourhood shopping centre arranged around an internal mall with two directional travelators providing access to the lower level of car parking.

Tenancies include a total of 17 specialty tenancies, two major tenancies (Reading Cinemas with five cinemas and Woolworths) and one ATM.

Primary frontage is to Macquarie Street, with nine street facing tenancies. Rear and side boundaries include Bligh and Talbragar Streets where car parking access is also provided. Under-croft and partially open air car parking is provided for 299 vehicles.

Dubbo is a transport and logistics hub servicing one third of New South Wales including Northern New South Wales – comprises a retail catchment of some 200,000 people, plus visitors.

The Sentinel Countrywide Retail Trust is an open ended Pooled Trust also compromising of The Plaza @ Emerald and The Village @ Emerald, Woodlands Village Townsville, Bathurst Chase Shopping Centre, Westside Plaza Broken Hill, Big W Atherton Cairns and Port Hedland Boulevard Shopping Centre.
