It is fully leased on a 24-year agreement until June 2023, to Orora (ex Amcor) who have a market cap of $3.32 billion AUD. The tenant has invested $2.8 million over the last 2 years on machinery in the facility including a new ‘cutter’ with an estimated cost of $1 million.
