Countrywide Retail Trust has purchased Bathurst Chase Shopping Centre, Coles Wellington and Kierath’s Shopping Square Narromine, established neighbourhood shopping centres with 11,680m² lettable area.
Each property is anchored by Coles, a subsidiary of ASX20 listed Wesfarmers occupying approximately 74% lettable area and 73% of gross passing income.
National tenants represent over 85% lettable area.
High yielding opportunistic purchases in established locations across regional NSW, located approximately 200-500km west of Sydney.
Bathurst is Australia’s oldest inland settlement, home to the Mount Panorama racing circuit, with the region attracting over 4.5 million visitors in 2014 injecting over $1.2 billion into the local economy (NSW Govt, 2014).
