Good Guys in Nowra

Sentinel Property Group has secured home appliances retailer The Good Guys as a new tenant at its Nowra House & Home retail centre on the NSW south coast.

The Good Guys has committed to 661 sq m of retail space on a one-year lease with options for its latest outlet. It is understood The Good Guys will pay a new annual rent of $250 a square metre.
