Fitness venues grab Rocket space

Two health and fitness businesses have taken space in The Rocket office tower at Robina.

Authentic Punchfit Academy has secured 202sq m and Cryoperformance 71sq m, both under three-year leases. APA offers boxing/kickboxing classes and training, and Cryoperformance provides hyper-cooling for muscle/injury recovery and repair.

Leasing rates have not been disclosed but gross rents for ground level spaces start from $515/sq m. Knight Frank’s Tania Moore and Lizzie Wheeler struck the deals. Ms Moore said the leases reflect strong demand for space at The Rocket. Owners Clarence Property Group and Sentinel Property Group, acquired the 16-level tower for $70 million in 2015.
