Centuria offloads office block

Centuria Property Funds has sold a Brisbane office building to the boutique Sentinel Property Group for $38.7 million.

The 10-story building in the near-CBD suburb of Spring Hill was bought by Centuria in 2011 and refurbished, with the latest sale handled by agents CBRE and JLL. Centuria chief executive of unlisted property Jason Huljich said good opportunities were expected in the major metropolitan markets.
