Global engineering firm secures 10-year Paget lease

A GLOBAL engineering firm is the latest to cement its position in Mackay’s industrial area.
Sandvik has committed to a 10-year lease in a Paget industrial facility through Sentinel Property Group leasing executive Michael Cars.
The company’s new home will be the complex at 37-39 Interlink Court, Paget.
The complex boasts five detached buildings, including a 615sq m office block, two workshops and a warehouse on a fully-fenced site area of 21,000sq m.
The company, which was founded in Sweden in 1862, employs more than 40,000 people worldwide.
Brisbane-based Sentinel was established in 2010 and has since grown to hold a national portfolio of more than 50 retail, industrial, office, land, tourism and agribusiness assets worth more than $1.17 billion.
