Property Analyst

The Property Analyst is responsible for a range of functions, encompassing asset and property management, transaction process, investment analysis and market research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of investment overviews, information memorandums and associated investor related documents (i.e. research including, location overviews, company overviews, maps and images)
  • Conducting market research for information memorandum and to assist management in their decision making process (i.e. sales and rental evidence, collation of research reports, development related information for property transactions)
  • Providing assistance to the General Manager – Property and Senior Property Analysts in the transaction/ due diligence process
  • Valuation Analysis including the preparation of cash flows of the existing portfolio & new acquisitions – including the collection of data into the workbook templates
  • Other property-related tasks as directed by the General Manager – Property.

Key Requirements

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous commercial, industrial and/or retail  experience in a similar Asset Management role
  • An understanding of, and love for, tenant engagement and relationship management
  • A current Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Property Economics or a related field (preferred)
  • A natural talent in strategic and forwarding thinking
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage the portfolio from an owner’s perspective
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of resilience, urgency, ability and willingness to adapt to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
