Leasing Administrator

Reporting to the Director of Leasing, the Leasing Administrator is responsible for assisting with day-to-day administration of property-related matters on commercial agreements, license agreements and any other arrangements specified, ensuring that all aspects of documentation and processes are performed accurately and produced on time.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Documentation and Software:

  • Set up new properties;
  • Add new tenants;
  • Add new leases;
  • Update amendments, outgoings changes, insurances, bank guarantees etc.;
  • Diary dates;
  • Vacate tenants;
  • Finalise properties;
  • Liaise with Property Management Department for accuracy;
  • Liaise with Finance for accuracy;


    • Coordinate weekly leasing minutes;
    • Minute project leasing meetings;
    • Tenancy Schedules;
    • Sales Schedule;
    • Critical Dates; and
    • Others as per requested.

Key Requirements

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role;
  • Previous experience dealing with leasing contracts and/or legal knowledge desirable;
  • Interest and/or understanding of the property industry;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously;
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs; and
  • Professional and immaculate presentation.
